Check that the hose clips are tight ,obviously, then carefully check for a split on the flange of the plastic inlet manifold where it connects.
There are several photos in posts showing fractured inlet manifold ports.

Hi All, quick update. Turns out the turbo(s) hadn't blown and the car was showing no error codes. The specialist smoke tested the pipe work with no issues and ran it for 2 days with live data showing no issues! Got the car back and has been running perfect.

Any ideas or could it just be an isolated sensor issue?

Thanks

This seems a common occurrence that the Restricted Performance lights comes on, mine did when I used a little more right pedal than normal!
I take it you know that these 4.4TDV8's run sequential turbo's & the second turbo doesn't kick in until around 2800rpm?
Have to confess I drive akin to Miss Daisy & well under 2500rpm hence the second turbo doesn't get used.
My Indy took the second turbo actuator out & cleaned all the oil & muck out, the actuator rod was sticking badly, cleaned up & all's well.
When's she's warm I now like to take her up to 3000rpm every now & again to make sure the second turbo kicks in.
Hope this helps.
As a ps I would be very worried if an 'Indy' suggested blown turbo when it's pretty obvious it isn't........just my thought.

Thanks again for the comments, what a great community! Yes aware they are a sequential set up, which is a concern given my wife drives it all week, so I make sure it gets a good run at weekend to clear it out.

In fairness, the specialist I have used for years and has been great, not even any charge this time for the diagnostic works and would still recommend (not sure of the site rules if I can name them?).

For what it's worth, the actuators/linkages were all free with no resistance at all, so hoping it's just an erroneous sensor reading........

Thanks again. Chris
