2018 rear bumper upgrade

Hi all
I’m looking to fit a 2018 rear bumper to my 2015 RR. I’ve searched around but can’t find anything definitive to state if the bumper is a straight replacement. I know the tailpipes may need to be trimmed but can’t find anything regards anything else bracket wise. Is there anything else needed?
Cheers

Wow, wonder why people are sometimes worried about asking a question with a response like that.

I have done a search and if you can find me a thread on here that details the process that would be great. I’m not looking at fitting an aftermarket Powerfuluk or other rear bumper I’m looking to fit a genuine JLR one and unless I’ve missed it I can’t find a thread on here anywhere that details that process- hence my question. I’ve seen reference to different sensors, brackets and other items that could be needed but I’m trying to find a definitive answer which from your response I take it is that no extra brackets etc are needed apart from different exhaust tips if you don’t want to cut your OE tailpipes?

1. Buy a used 2018 bumper on eBay.
2. Buy 2018 exhaust tips.
3. Remove your 13-17 bumper.
4. Use your existing parking sensors.
5. Screw the new bumper in.
6. Attach the exhaust tips
7. Done

Is the only difference the recesses for the exhaust tips? That’s what it looks like at least

How hard is it to fit the tips and line it all up? DIY or needs to go to a exhaust shop?

Been considering this mod but think I’m going to wait until the new model is released...maybe we will get lucky and it will be a direct fit 2014 FF Autobiography 5.0 SC

It is good to know, in the end, that it was a simple process and the op got it done.

Looks are very subjective; to me, it makes it looks like yet another car with fake exhaust tips on the road, especially as these seem to be down-pointing diesel pipes...I can't stand those fake openings with then small pipes inside them. So many cars do that now, a styling clue to make them look like something they aren't. My wife's Audi is full of such fake look clues.

The only difference is the exhaust tips but I’ve not seen anyone just fit these it’s usually a whole bumper replacement which is what I did. I’d say fitting the exhaust tips into a ore facelift bumper could be a challenge and it would be easier to just replace with a facelift bumper.

The 18MY> rear bumper is completely different to the pre 18MY bumper... Although it appears to look similar, they cannot be modded to fit the 18MY tips... The only exhaust tips you can add to the pre 18MY bumper is the SVA exhaust tips and surrounding plastic panels... Like on my car for example...
So, yes SVO changed the 18MY> rear bumper for a pre 18MY and jigsaw’d out an amount of plastic to make the SVAutobiography under cladding panels and exhaust tips fit...

Pic for reference...
