Steering Wheel Resto

My wheel is not cracked but has lost the top coat in places.

Anyone tell me if the wheel is matt or gloss on a 2009?

Just to update used about 15 magic sponge pads on it and it is a thousand times better. Ordered a pigment kit, should look like new. 140,000 miles and never been cleaned. 2009 TDV8 3.6
