Gap iid tool activation and abs help

Hi all bought an iid tool non Bluetooth from a member on here
and paid £25 registration fee this morning
Do you normally have to wait for a code from gap as only had a confirmation email?

I’ve already got the code from my car and entered that into my account activation section but still not unlocked when i put it back on the car

it’s the vin license section needs to be 9 characters long
