Just had a great valeting

Hi Guys,

Just had my RR valeted, it's totally mint now! Can't believe how well it's come up. I think it would be better than a lot of factory fresh cars now!

Can't figure out how to work the gallery though! Hopefully you'll find the photos there!

Click on Gallery on the bottom of my post.

Yes they gave it the works, two guys for around 4-5 hours. I think for a full machine polish all over plus full valet they would have needed an extra day, however they polished all areas which needed it, and eliminated all scratches which would polish out.

They charged me £110, which I think was a steal! They should have really charged at least £150, but I beat them down, not realising how long they would spend, and how well they would do. But they'll get some good referrals from me! Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining!

Can see pic now. Great value by the sounds of it. I'm just trying to decide whether to do it myself or pay someone else.

Did you click through to my gallery, there are more pictures there, much larger!

I would say unless you have the expertise and equipment, try to find a good professional to do it for you. With a polisher you can easily cause damage unless you know what you're doing. Also it would have taken me two to three days of solid work to do what they've done, and I value my time.

I do like to keep my car nice, but the way I see it I've let the pro's give me a good base to work from! Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining!

Yep. Spot on regarding getting the job done proper.
Yeah, looked at all pics in gallery. Top draw FF you have there. Perfect interior IMO! External colour is also super. I bet you're a happy chap when behind the wheel FFRR TD6 HSE

It does look great, but I will never like those rugby ball headrests they fitted for a while on the SC cars with RSE, just looks weird....

I know why they did it though, the STD Vogue ones were not really deep enough to take a screen. Discovery 4 HSE
