Lights on with IID tool

Hello all.

Can I use the IID tool to program the car to activate front and rear lights when I unlock? Even Our humble insignias at work have this feature.
Thanks 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

I thought there was a button on the remote for that? I wouldn’t want to unlock it at the same time though, might give someone time to nick my Barry Manilow CDs....

Not sure, to answer your specific query....

I know the Follow Me Home lights could be configured on the earlier BMW based cars using Navcoder, if I remember right, just set it to different lights, not add extra lights. I set mine to fogs when I had my TD6.

So even if it was in the IID tool, might not still give you what you want.

Mine didn't, but then I reprogrammed mine so now they do Wink

Nearly all of this stuff depends on the configuration files, I couldn't believe how much was wrong on my car. Same as with the tyre size settings, was never set correctly.
