As above really, I have found a good condition upper tailgate from a 2002 FF but before I get it painted and start the process of putting it onto my 2011 model year car, I just wanted to double check that it is a direct replacement/fit.

Can anyone confirm either way?

It should fit. The metal bit was the same through the years, though with more recycled steel added, so the later ones are more prone to rusting.

I put a 2007 one on my 2003 car.

There are a couple of threads on here regarding swapping them, and feeding the loom in.

A body shop did mine, at the same time as the rear arches when I had the TD6. Made it easier to blend paint. 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
