GAP Diagnostics Import Charges

Anyone considering buying direct from GAP diagnostics for their BT iid tool please be aware there is a £68.70 import tax premium to pay. It is clearly stated on their website, should have taken the time to read !!

any imports from outside the EU [for now] are subject to VAT and import dutys....

good on GAP for stating that extra charge. ... - .- -.

This charge is also payable on a ‘free’ warranty replacement unfortunately... ask me how I know 😢😡

A Trap 

I purchased my iID through eBay.Uk from Island 4x4, but warranty is ex Canada from GAP Diagnostics. I am happy GAP are covering the warranty, just not the charges do to the lack of correct paper trail.
