Welcome!

Despite the code pointing to the actuator, I would be looking at donut and other boost hoses.

Boost leaks can and do show up as actuator faults. If low boost is detected (perhaps cause by leak) the ECU can think it's the actuator.

Anyhoo, search 'donut hoses'. Boost leaks are very very common on the 4.4

Good news though is that if it is a hose, they are very easy and relatively inexpensive fixes.
. Cheers, Greg

As Greg says, Welcome and it could be the donut hoses.

Page 4 in this thread helps

https://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic52807-45.html.

AND if you are poking about in there, watch out for the small connectors on the top rad hoses, they can break easily and it's at least £80 for new ones!!

Items 3 & 3a Cheers
