T and S Norman

Just had my 48k Service completed by Steve and George. Excellent response as always, easy to deal with and can thoroughly recommend. Online History updated, car cleaned, all attended to. Thumbs Up

United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Atacama Sand

Am about to send mine in for a look at the Over demanded DPF Regens after LR MD could only come up with "We can't find any faults but it still doesn't work - you should try having the v.2 Turbo oil leak upgrade (9 hrs @ £168/hr) Shocked . We don't know if that will fix it tho!!"

So had a very good chat with Steve for 25 mins or so about the symptoms and poss causes and cures. Sounds very knowledgable and experienced so fingers crossed he sorts it out.

Top indie !!

Just got the car back. had a great (and well-informed) chat with Steve. He has carried out a back pressure before and after test (which the Main LR MD apparently didn't think to do!!) and reset the diff pressure sensor and DPF adaptation values - car now working. total bill £234 (LR MD charged me that for just looking and coming up with no solution)

He will now be getting all my servicing (starting with a gearbox service) from now on as:

1. I arrived a day early by mistake but he still sorted me out with a very nice Freelander courtesy car
2. he explained everything and took the time to tell me about other vehicles in a similar position to mine and the fix (PLEASE NOTE MAIN DEALERS!!)
3. The car was fixed in a day
4. Thumbs Up

Cannot speak highly enough of him and his wife/team.
