Riding stiffness

I find the riding of my 2002 L322 td6 very stiffer. What can be the causes? Or am I to hold (66) for this 😁😁?
For example I find it the Disco 3 of my son mutch but much more comfortable than mine.

The ride height isnt lower than it sould be by any chance?
