Turbo issues tend to be the 3.6. The main issue the 4.4 has is the oil cooler leaking in the V and oil going down the back of the engine.

Apart from oil on the floor....and checking the level regularly it's a difficult one to see.

Also it will drip down bellhousing onto back of engine undertray. And, unless you can find documentation it has already been done, I would change all fluids including engine oil, diffs, transfer case and gearbox with filters.
