Where I am at LFP was rammed and emptied out on sun/Mon. A few empties now.

We are off to crossways cc site in a couple of days. We weren’t bothered so cancelled, then decided to go and could re book easily!

I’m surprised that chatsworth had any space. That’s usually the first to book solid!

We were at Crossways last week (assuming you mean the one in Moreton). Lovely site (we were in Iron Horse Meadow, pitch 29) apart from that bloody train whistle every hour!

Dunc. The life you have is the only one you'll get; make the most of it.

Would not be without our tintent, its like a second home and we have missed half the season this year with lock down.

Although we only ever do CS sites with max 5 units and no facilities.

Yes, it’s a Hobby Premium.
You can get twin wheel ones but they legal should be towed with a commercial.
The FF loves pulling away in mad traffic situations. The cars behind think “What the **** is pulling that”?
Of course we level out at 60mph!
For anyone who is obsessed with mpg, my FF does
32 mpg on good long runs (no caravan)
26 mpg towing the 1800kg (empty, so add more for our Censored )
Would I change the car? Only for a L405 or even another L322 actually Bow down

I do like the Hobbys. How do you get on with the door being on the wrong side when pitching? There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Have you ever ben refused entry 9to a site because of the Hobby?

I know that a few years ago some sites wouldn't take them because of their prolific use amongst the travelling community.

Dunc. The life you have is the only one you'll get; make the most of it.

We have never been refused entry to a campsite but we usually goto The Netherlands/Europe where all the above problems don’t apply and we fit in with everyone else with European vans.
If I was refused entry in the uk I would have them on the grounds of discrimination.
I think the problem with nose in is they like to be able to pull you out if there is a fire.
A lot of the travelling community have moved on from Hobby’s now apparently however we still keep it heavily locked up and one of us always stays with the outfit at rest areas.
You are the odd one out if you’ve not got a Bailey caravan in the UK, throw in a FFRR too and you are either loved or hated
