L322 alarm

Hi all,
My 2003 L322 has started sounding an alarm when the ignition is switched on. It is not the usual chime sound, it’s more like a standard high pitched electronic beep. It sounds for half a second and is quiet for half a second. It repeats nine times before going quiet. It does not resound until the ignition is switched off and on again. It is relatively quiet, a normal conversation would make it hard to hear.
The only non-standard accessory I know of is a Parrot blue tooth phone kit, I don’t think it is that.
Any ideas?

Strange, It's obviously getting a feed from the ignition side. Does the alarm work normally?.
Sounds like a lot of electrical investigation work Big Cry

This is not the security alarm sounding, it is pretty quiet. It’s something going beep once a second for nine times and the it stops. I can’t tell exactly where it comes from.

Sat Nav?. Try taking the fuse out or see if you can trace the sound if not coming out of the speakers.
Not the same sound as the warning bong then.

I’ll try the fuse tomorrow.
Totally different sound to the bongs or chimes, it’s a slow genteel and quiet beep as in beeeeeeeep (for 1/2 sec) stop (1/2sec) beeeeeeeeep etc
