We spoke about the extended warranty (3 years or 100.000 km (what comes first) are standard). These are the costs for one or two more years warranty:

12 month – 1.019,00 Euro

24 month – 1.831,00 Euro

Until 120.000 km it is an full warranty (work + parts). From 120.000 km until 140.000 km your have to pay 20% of the parts costs, between 140.000 km and 160.000 km 40% of the parts and when your Range Rover has more than 160.000 km you pay 60% of the parts by your own (work is always payed 100% by the warranty).

It is possibile until 16th of Octobre 2020.

I would be interested in what happens in the UK for year 4 and 5. I can understand doing it now if it reduces the cost later on. I am going to ask about that.

Extending the UK warranty is just over £1000 a year including breakdown cover, so broadly the same as you’ve been quoted except they will have your money for a couple of months, which would only be worthwhile doing if you got a significant discount MY23 Panamera E-Hybrid

Suggest again Lux to contact the local German dealer and enquire ; They will give u today’s price, might creep up a fraction by the end of year 3 .

Normal procedure In the U.K. is at the end of year three , ( or 4 ) you request the extended warranty- then pay annually . Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc

So I have the details of the costs and what happens if I buy the warranty later...

When you buy the warranty within the first 12 months (after first registration so October 2020) or 15.000 km (what comes first):
12 month – 1.019,00 Euro
24 month – 1.831,00 Euro

Within the first 3 years – but this is only possible if you drive a maximum of 1,666 km per month (20,000 per year):
12 month – 1.119,00 Euro
24 month – 2.006,00 Euro

When the original factory-warranty ended (after 3 years or 100.000 km, what comes first):
24 month – 2.368,00 Euro

so I do some number crunching and work out how many KMs I will do a year base the last couple of years..... SDV8 AB MY 2020
