Yep, sounds like that for sure. Either O rings and/or oil cooler gaskets.

Make sure you don’t have oil in your coolant or coolant in your oil, due to oil cooler issues, as above.

Oil usually drips off the tubular crossmember where the rear of the engine undertray attaches....a classic sign Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"
