I have a 2015 Vogue SE with the Executive Rear Seats and it has a full fridge in the armrest between the seats -

Mine's exactly the same. The coolers quite deep but you can't quite close the lid on a full bottle The drinks holders under the forward most flap have an alloy type base and I wonder if that's cooled as well ? Never tried as I don't sit in the back. As for the seats, they don't fold forwards, but the do recline nicely if your passenger fancies a lie down after the champagne !!
