I have the 4.4 TDV8 with the 8 speed ZF auto box. Recently I noticed that when I come off the brake and let the car speed up by itself (like when crawling in traffic) there is a small shudder when it shifts from first to second gear. When I accelerate from a standstill there is no noticeable shudder.

Is this a box issue or maybe torque converter?

ZF did a full service on it in August 2018 at 103k KM (64k miles) and it's now on 139k (86k miles). 2012 Vogue 4.4 TDV8 automatic (LHD), Santorini Black
