Hi, do you know what the process is for changing the VIN? And is the version to do everything? Saw ones that are suspension only 1995 4.6 v8, green/tan (long gone)

2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Nara Bronze

Can these be used on 2010-2012?
I know they list different unit but can that be changed?
