Not in this part of the world - they had to be reminded what the words "service" & "customer" meant regarding replacing the screen on Mrs C's Kuga. Yet another example of poor customer communication. 2003 Range Rover Vogue TD6 |

So after much ado about bascially nothing, it turned out to have been the rather fragile plastic "snap together locating pins" having been snapped off whilst the new windscreen was being fitted for the previous owner.
