Ladies (I'm assuming we have some though I've not seen one on here yet) and Gentlemen,

My 2012 AB comes with a space saver spare which I am most definitely not a fan of. I've bought a replacement full size wheel of the same type as the road wheels but do I need to do anything about the wheel well apart from taking the space saver and polystyrene filler out and lobbing them over the nearest cliff?

I can't physically check myself because I don't pick the vehicle up until 6th July.

I seem to remember a thread in the last few weeks where a different polystyrene? Bit is available for the full size spare.

Can’t remember who posted it.... might not have been polystyrene but you get the idea....

I've got a full size 20" in my 2007 L322.

The only 'special' thing I did was to drill a couple of holes through a floor plastic bung to let out the water!

Full sized spare just goes straight in an l322.👍🏻

However, for the 405, the full size indeed also requires no polystyrene.! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

If anyone spots a couple of unidentified flying objects in a couple of weeks time please feel free, if you have suitable armoury, to take potshots at what will be the polystyrene doughnut and the spacesaver spare from my boot.

My original intention of lobbing them over a cliff may be a touch ambitious given that I live but a few miles from the geographical centre of England but I'll give it a damned good try.

You can also fit a full size 21" if you take out the JLR scissor jack?
