2008 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Java Black

L322 lights and accesorys stuck on

Good day, i am currently chasing a major issue with my vehicle, when i turn the engine off the headlights, brake lights and all accessories stay on, i have to remove the battery and reconnect to get them to turn off. i have cleared the codes and did a fresh scan and my results are attached, has anyone else had a similar problem maybe they could give me some guidance. This looks like a forum with a lot of really knowledgeable folks, glad i found this site!

Sounds like a relay stuck? ( still energized)

Is it worth trying a battery re-set? (see wiki for details)

I tried the battery reset no luck. frustrating issue this one is.
