Took front bumper off - what's this mystery wiring loom?

Removed the front bumper of my L405 to install the adaptive cruise control module and spotted this unused wiring loom behind the grille, right next to the horns.

Anyone know what it's for? Didn't think to look for a part number at the time.

How do you guys find out what can be retrofitted?
What about lane assist?

There's a master thread somewhere with a list of all the things that can be retrofitted to date. Can't seem to find it at the moment.

Specifically for the Adaptive Cruise Control, I followed this thread to figure out it was possible. 2021 P525 | Eiger Gray

United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Vogue SDV8 Santorini Black

I'm half way through the modification at the moment. Information I'm using is:

Hardware is all in, and just working on the programming. Trying to understand JLR SDD enough to see if that will allow me to get into the Cruise Control Programming. Apparently someone has done it via IID, or alternatively take it to a local (good) specialist with access to programming. Current:

Did my programming with the Gap IID tool. Very easy process, but you have to contact GAP for them to give the tool access to the full CCF for modification. 2021 P525 | Eiger Gray
