Oil filter

Went to change the fuel filter this morning on my TDV8.

First issue I has was removing it from the housing. Eventually removed the housing to give me more room but raised the decond issue without solving the first. Bolted it back in and am now here looking for guidance.

How can the filter be removed?

The filter on the car has an electrical fitting on the bottom of the bleed valve the new filter doesn't have this. Can I transfer over the fitting or have I just bought the wrong filter? Current cars

Yes sorry about that. Am dyslexic and my brain confuses things sometimes. I had put the same thing on the text but realised and changed it. Forgot about the title.

When I am around confusion can be infectious lol Current cars
