lol, I had a choice. Either clean the car or clean the house. No chance I'm letting the missus loose on the car with a bucket and sponge so she got the house. Smile FFRR TD6 HSE

You certainly do. Anything labelled polish cuts the top layer of the paint off - therefore it oxidises very quickly if left unprotected and will need another cut soon.

Personally I use meguiars Hi-Tech Yellow #26 wax this is recommended for dark blue, black or green cars. It was stunning on my oslo blue RR.

I have recently used AG Extra Gloss Protection and after the odd application, was pleased by the results.

Nice one; the Megs looks great and is a really easy product use. Maybe also order a gift for the OH. Spending all weekend making your car shinier will very quickly land you in the cnut book!

I (think I ) escaped this by doing her car too. Wink

i'm just wondering if its worth all that money and time spent washing and polishing your range when [like gerry said] someone lights a bonfire or it rains and you get crap on your hard work... ... - .- -.

The same could be said about so many things in life - yet we carry on.
