I could look into the cooling system bits - there's no reason why a well made part in ABS wouldn't hold up, but it's a high stakes way to find out...

Yes, it's in the 'Open forum' of D2BC, happy to discuss by PMs here etc. too!

No idea I'm afraid - see attached model - a photo or some measurements from an L405 would help Smile

Fair point on the risk, we'd have to accept that. Thinking it could be a viable to have as a standby for owners when working on the intake and top engine area.

PS you have a PM Cheers

Speaker enclosures are certainly a possibility! Get in touch and I'll see what I can do. Smile

Many of the current crop of printers can print with ABS, the main problem with most is that you need an enclosed printer , as warm air in the print area, and no draughts is key to avoiding warping.

I'm building an enclosure for mine, but the parts are taking an age to arrive. In time I'll likely upgrade to a fully enclosed, more automated printer.

England 2011 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Sumatra Black

the rear wiper motor on the L322 is a major problem, new ones are hard to find and expensive, over £200 quid

but many have successfully refurbished the old one, but two new parts are required, the white plastic cog £10 quid

and an o-ring, size 16mm x 9mm x 3.5mm cross section, it needs to fit into the recess and seal against the shaft perfectly

it would be great to 3D print the white wheel cog, but I'm not sure how hard that is gonna be ?????

It would be fairly involved to model and get a good print from it, gears are a tricky one.

At £10 off the shelf, I don't think 3d printing could compete there.

A late reply because I was looking for something else. The upper parcel tray pieces mentioned earlier are available from PowerfulUK

They're available from LR too and they're not that expensive so probably not worth the hassle of 3D printing.

Short one - EPN000010PUY - £7.54
Long One - EPN000020PUY - £7.63

Duckworths supplied me with mine not that long ago.
