EGR td6

Hello folks ive read on here about the egr being removed on td6 some people have trouble codes and some havent so i ask should i do it on just clean it out is there more pro’s than cons ?

Get it removed. I did it on mine with no issues. Not a hard job.

Removal kits aren’t expensive.

England 2004 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Giverny Green

The egr valve on a Td6 has no electrical inputs or outputs so can't generate fault codes, it's purely a mechanical device.
If you do decide to remove it and a lot of people have with no issues other than better running, don't throw it away. Clean it up and keep it for possible future reuse. You never know when the mot regulations may be changed to allow testers to confirm it's presence.
