Hey Everyone,

looking at the 2012 vogue as i cant stretch to an SE, a couple of questions as i am struggling to find a spec sheet at the moment.

- Does the 2012 model have the ability to play music through Bluetooth from my phone?
- are the side mirrors heating and folding as standard?

and as always does anyone have a spec sheet or options list?

It may have an iPod connector, but it’s not lightning as that’s too new...Apple wise anyway. Mine has usb connector to play from usb.

looks like there isn't a huge difference if you aren't fussed over the cooled seats then?

I have a March 2012 Vogue which has most of the Vogue SE equipment like adaptive cruise, coooled seats and themal windscreen. I think they had lots of special packs in 2012 to keep sales up before 405 appeared.
Key is to look at what it has as opposed to Vogue or Vogue SE spec

you can play phone through the car system by using a Bovee lead (£70) which plugs into the plug in the central armrest.

Cooled seats are worth having!

Cooled seats cause lots more problems than standard heated ones and cost a lot more to repair 2010 3.6TDV8 Stornoway Grey/ Black interior - gone

Don’t get too hung up on spec. It’s much more important to have a brilliant history and condition rather than x gadget. Vogues weren’t poverty spec cars.

In terms of the music via BT from your phone the single you need plugs into the LR iPod socket via the LR iPod lead. And is called either a Bovee Wma1000 or Tune2air wma1000. Both are the same thing. This gives on screen control of the phone music. Though if you have a lot on your phone there is no search function so you have to scroll through artists..... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

^Never has them before but have them now in the 405, and yes they are very nice.

I think the seats in the Vogue wear better than the VSE by many accounts. Might be worth looking for a westie which has similar seat style to the Vogue but also has cooled....more like the old VSE seats. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
