Suggestions for my order?

Spent some time at the dealer today and I decided after three months of owning a MY2020 RRS P525 it’s time to upgrade to a FFRR P525. Here’s what I’m about to order,

Valloire white pearl
22” 9012 black
Black exterior pack

Navy/ivory interior with navy seats
Ivory suede headlining
Shadow walnut veneer
Wood and leather steering wheel
20 way heated and cooled front and rear
4 zone climate
1700 watt meridian sound
VAP
DAP

Anything I should add/remove?

I am not sure on US specs and what comes as standard but I would also add:

Opening sunroof
Twin washer bottle
Deployable Side Steps
Roof rails - in black or body colour
Black roof
Full size spare wheel and tyre
Illuminated tread plates 2021 L405 Vogue SE 4.4 V8 DIESEL ~ #17

Opening sunroof is standard, I don’t think twin bottle for washer fluid is an option at all.. but I like the black roof idea and full size spare idea.

Spec looks good colour is personal preference, no right nor wrong there. A big thumbs up to anyone choosing something non-black, it’s nice to have a bit of a different colour and it thoroughly adds to the luxurious feel.

A heated steering wheel will be standard on that model.

I would add:
Cabin air ionisation
Maybe Front console cooler compartment (if you have a long commute, or whatever. Fits 4 x Evian 500 ml bottles)
Maybe Surround cameras - I really like these even though they are not strictly necessary because you’ll have the 360 Park Aid.
Maybe HUD - and so also Solar Attenuating windshield. The HUD is kinda useful, I like how it is dynamic depending on navigation and gearbox setting etc, but is in no way essential.

Are you sure about 22” wheels in NYC? Just make sure you get an extended drive on those rims because 21” might be more comfortable and the visual trade off is limited, in my opinion. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso

How non-poor people spec their Range Rovers

Unless your are cross-shopping with an Escalade, skip the ghetto wheels and go 21 in. (20 is better, but I don’t think it is an option on AB)

Skip black exterior accents and pick a color for the leather that someone who isn’t a pimp would consider for his shoes.

Make sure to get the locking rear diff and wading sensor. It is a Land Rover, after all.

The warm weather package is useful.

Rolling with laughter
Yeah 21” will be minimum on a P525 regardless of trim level. But I aint never not seen no pimp wit navy blue sheetkickers, so peace wit that interior, seansms21! Surprised Shocked Whistle

If all else fails, get Espresso + Almond. I can safely say it is very very classy. Check out my gallery. It would even go well with pimp white paint.

There is no Hot Climate package (solar windshield, 4 zone, console refrigerator (not cooler)) in the US, I don’t think. But if there is then get it, sure.

+1 for the active locking rear diff. Totally forgot that. I have it on my P400e milk float and it lights up the whole time, so it must be doing something useful Thumbs Up
I also have wade sensing. I have never used it but if it’s useful one day in 2000 then it’s been very useful indeed. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso

After I posted yesterday I actually blew out a tire on my L494 with 21” wheels so I’m definitely not going for 22’s. There is no warm weather package in the US. I have the refrigerated center console now and always keep 4 Evian in there so I’ll be ordering that in the FF. Oh and I don’t know many poor people specing a 140k USD Range Rover. As far as the colors I chose.. I’m guessing I’m just a bit younger than you guys. 😉

A personal thing, but I wouldn’t bother with the wood and leather wheel. Looks nice but feels odd in use for me. I much prefer an all leather wheel which I had in the L322.

So basically you guys are telling me to just go for the AB. All of these options are standard and it’s only a few grand more.

I thought it was an AB.

Can you get the Level 5 sound system on a non-AB car?

As far as I know yes. The dealer didn’t say that it couldn’t be done when I gave him my build.

It used not to be possible.

Only AB supports (or supported) the overhead speakers.
