following on from the 'missing doing this' [caravans] thread i wonder how many of you are 'missing' planning and travelling abroad with your FF...

i normally have a trip to france around this time and enjoy the process of finding accommodation and of course the drive..

I would be off to Le Mans for the 24hr in mid June and then France with the family for the summer. This year would have been the first with my FF

The 24hr has been moved until September but I still cannot see me going.

Beautiful place, the whole area is a hidden gem.

I usually do 5 or 6 trips to France every year mostly house hunting but have to say the planning and driving are all part of the enjoyment - did get a little result with the frequent traveller tickets being extended so looking forward to the next one
