Smoked Lights

Last night me and the kids went to see a mate in East Kilbride, just after we came up the slip road coming home I went to overtake an old biddy in his cruddy old Honda. Once I passed him I saw 2 little lights in front of me (this was about 15m away) and had to slam on the brakes as he was going so slow and I couldn't get back in. It was a bloody black Sport with smoked rear lights, are these illegal, or are his lights on the way out, as I quite like them (on black cars) but not so keen any more Neutral

i'm sure they are illegal due to the fact that they dont produce enough light ... ... - .- -.

some of the black 'lights' on chav cars are dreadful - even at night you only get a very faint glow - in daylight brake lights are not visible at all Mad
