United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Nara Bronze
My new 4.4 TDV8 L322!

Couple of years ago I bought the most stunning Range I have ever seen. I used it for around 6 weeks until my lease car arrived and then it was sold.
I really missed it and I knew when I got another 4.4 TDV8, it had to be the same colour combo with the same wheel and tyres.

This is my old car, some of you guys may remember it..

https://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic46093.html

..it was a cracker and sorely missed.

Last week I was very lucky to be able to buy another 4.4 TDV8, it had to be Nara Bronze with Arabica leather with white pipe and 20" Turbines..

I found this really nice clean car from a dealer in Essex..

It's 2011, 93,000 and FSH.

I have already set about making it my own, wasted no time at all and picked up a brand new set of 20" Turbines and General Grabber AT3's from 4x4tyres.co.uk and a couple of finishing touches from powerfuluk, lower front bumper silver strip and silver fog light bezels. I have the'Range' number to put on it (it's wearing the plates already) and I added a Bluespark tuning box to improve drive-ability.

Now looks something like this, near identical to my old car..

To say I'm delighted is an understatement. It drives great, untuned it had similar power to my mapped 3.6. With the tuning box, it is much more powerful, amazing. I have a couple teething problems which we'll discuss below shortly, but there she is! We're still on honeymoon! 2010 FF 4.4 TDV8 Vogue - Gone

Those are 45's.. 275 45 20. I guess with 50/55 you are looking at 19" rims. I can recommend the tyres though. General Grabber AT3, I think they are a popular choice. 2010 FF 4.4 TDV8 Vogue - Gone

How’s the Bluespark box working out? Have you used it for economy gains or absolute power? Cheers 2012 tdv8 Westminster arrived Jan 19 gone Dec 23

United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Nara Bronze

Thanks guys.

The wagon in the background is my Tonga green 3.6 VSE it's 2007, I have that for sale now that I have the 4.4.

The Bluespark tuning box I can recommend.. I cant really comment on mpg difference as I only drove the car for 20 mins before I fitted the box. It has made a difference.. perhaps not the gains they promise(?) but it makes a noticeable difference to the responsiveness of the throttle and it pulls harder, a lot harder. For less than £80 it's great bang for your back for sure. Fiddly to install but doable.. I had to get a step ladder and climb right up into the engine bay. Shocked 2010 FF 4.4 TDV8 Vogue - Gone

Hi Rich, you can get the Bluespark Diesel tuning chip box Range Rover Sport HSE 2.7 TDV6 3.0 TDV TD6 3.6 TDV8 4.4 for under £80 here:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/202180325210

Had the same chip in my former Chrysler 300c and it certainly got rid of the turbo lag in that car.

Have ordered the chip for my 2012 L322 4.4 TDV8 VSE, hoping to improve MPG and throttle response, which are both excellent as standard. 2012 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Current

That's the one I bought. I put it straight onto 'map 2' but not on the maximum, just the middle setting. I've yet to try it on maximum setting.
