Hello both, thanks for the welcome, yes, I've got a couple of photos of the interior, I'll upload them shortly, cream colour, bit of wear on drivers seat, as you would expect with the age of the car, but the other seats are excellent, back seats look like they have hardly been sat on.

Thank you, Notice that you've had quite a few nice cars, my great passion were the Rover 800 series, 825's in particular, love them, hard to get hold of now, sold my last one about 7 months ago, 825 coupe, had most of the marque cars over the last 50 years, Merc, Jag BMW etc, but must admit the RR is up there with the best of them.

Rover 825 and 827 were good motors, especially the 827. Engine was bulletproof!! My dad had one. I was more of an SD1 P6 and P6B fan.
As for the motors list.......That's just there to remind me why i'm skint ! Laughing Tony

Lol, I know what you mean, expensive hobbies, my first rover was a p6 v8 auto, my elder brother had the P6s v8, I also had a p5b coupe, poor mans Rolls Royce they were called, lovely motors, that V8 engine Rover used had some history behind it.
Concerning the RR I get the feeling that they are a bit fragile, don't know why, just a feeling I get, don't know if anyone else gets that feeling? but I still smile when I get behind the wheel of it, I know its old & the technology is outdated, but I don't think I would get rid of it, I only bought it because I had recently retired & up to then I had an S class, so I handed that back & bought the RR as a stop gap going out car until I decided what I wanted, well here we are 18 months later, I did in all honestly looked at PX it a couple of months ago, but couldn't find anything at right price/mileage, so have decided to keep it.

Range Rovers aren'r that fragile, but don't like being mistreated in terms of poor maintenance. Mine have been fine and looked after. I think if they don't get 'used properly' they can start to suffer. There's plenty of experience on here who will happily give you wise advice and guidance.
Cam Tech Craig is a font of all knowledge on all things Range Rover, as are lots of others.
They do suffer with electrical glitches on earlier models, but usually by elimination over time / age they are usually sorted out with upgraded / later parts etc. Tony

Morning All, lol, your right it does need adjusting, it is probably my fault as I tend to forget that its not an electric handbrake & get in & pull away then it starts to bong & I realise that I haven't released it !!!!, although it does hold, MOT examiner picked up on it saying to was near limit. Will be looking through technical manual later(downloaded one) to try & see all connection/ equipment in the boot area, manual is massive, downloaded the electrical manual as well, that will keep me busy for a while.
On another tact, can't wait to get back to work, being at home for this long is no good, I was furloughed a few weeks ago & like many other people I'm finding it hard to adjust, unfortunately it is what it is, I'm doing a bit from home, but haven't got access to information I need to do a very effective job of it. Anyway hope everyone is keeping as safe as they can.
Tommo.
