Loom rubbing engine bay cover

I did a service today on my 2011 4.4 TDV8 and noticed that part of the engine harness is rubbing on the engine cover. I enclose a couple of photos to show you what I mean. Could someone send me a photo of theirs so I can check and see if the loom is routed incorrectly or is it just poor design.

Many thanks Pete, problem solved, had definitely been put back wrong. I think a major breakdown has been prevented there.
