I need four. New tyres on my 05 SC. Have always had Michelin’s which are ok, but would like to see what others are running on standard 20 inch wheels? Ideally need to be able to be used in snow as well for the winter. My Michelin’s have the Mud and Snow symbols on them and have always been very good.

For years we've run Pirelli Scorps on our various RR's which have been fine. But 18 months ago switched to Michelin cross climates - in my experience slightly better in the wet and snow but slightly more noise (and about the same price).

I’m lucky if I do 2,000 miles in it a year at the moment so seems extravagant to have two sets of wheels and tyres for this.

I’ve just put on some new wheels that are shod with Scorpion Verde all seasons. So far so good, but winter needs to come for a proper test. The original Scorpion Zeros were good too. |
