07 Models in UK did have a run of bad ignition switches, all describing similar problems. Not a big job if your handy !

That’s a different issue but the button sequence is the same. Mine just won’t crank over. My locksmith came back out and took the small computer (immobilizer) with him and did some testing in his office. He said he found 4 keys programmed and was also going to try and do some computer reset on Sunday. I figured he could try before she gets sent off to the dealer.

That's good news Brandon ! Water ingress is a problem with some cars, it really is a hit or miss with the car you buy. Enjoy the wonderful engine

Thank you for the response as I love this thing. Unfortunately She died on the highway a couple days later. Won’t start but she cranks and Cranks and cranks. I put a new fuel pump and kit in but still no luck. She has a lot of fuel pressure. I metered the coils and wire 2 is holding at 4.78 vdc and not pulsing. I wonder if the regulator in the fuel rail is bad. Any ideas |
