Does the door lock sound as if it is operating when you select lock from the remote or the dash button and does the indicator on the door move up and down?

If so does the inner handle have an "I'm not connected feeling" unlike the others that operate?

Which door, as ISTR the fronts can be opened by judicious use of a hex key? Cheers
Richard

yes mate button goes up and down using remote or button on dash, it is front passenger and both inside and outside handles have that not connected feeling. 4.4V8 L322 to keep me busy

Sorry for the long time to reply, SWMBO needed TLC Cool**

It may be the cables have broken or come away from their fixings. Have a loook at this thread

https://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic31843.html

and I hope it will help open the door so you can get the trim card off to access the bits. You will then be able to see if it's the cables that need replacing or repairing.

** and no, it was retail therapy, honest Razz Cheers
