As per someones suggestion from RRSPORT.CO.UK i'm trying posing in here!

I'm looking to get a 2004 54 RR Vogue 3.0td6 diesel.

What kind of fuel consumption would I be looking at for mixed driving?

Also how many miles, generally, per tank - considering its a monster 100litre tank?

From a full tank on average I would expect you to be able to achieve 24mpg, lower if the journeys are all short ones, a bit more on long runs (maybe 26mpg)

I get about 500 miles to a tank. Discovery 4 HSE

Hi Iceman, I have just traded my 03 for an 07 and on the last trip I did in the 03, 1700 kms, I averaged 9.1Lts/100kms, which if my calculations are right, is about 680 miles from a 100 Lt tank.

Around town I would regularly average about 11Lts/100kms, about 560 miles from a tank full.

I am sorry drivesafe but I dont believe you. I am on my 2nd RR Vogue TD6 and they will not do any more than 24mpg on long journeys and 18-20mpg on short runs. I have not got a heavy foot and have had both checked out by LR dealerships for fuel economy errors.

I'm with you on that famerman. Thats the best mine will do if not pushing it. If pushing it on a long run have seen it down to 17mpg on the computer

My Td6 '03 regularly does long hauling at approx 8,2 to 8,4 per 100kms. The usual city slur and congestion bumps it up to around 10,7 to 11,1 per 100kms. Which is not nice, diesel prices considering.
Careful accelerator use will show anything up to 996 km range on the computer, but usually I dry out at around 700 to 840 kms.
