Yes Stan, but unfortunately he will only ever be reported as an irresponsible "Range Rover" driver meaning we all get tarred with the same brush as the general public don't see the distinction. I think the level of fines are also so pathetic as to be irrelevant. He wouldn't care about a £60 fixed penalty. Spain has it right, thousands in fines and jail time for repeat offenders.
