Battery swap 4.4 16MY

Chaps.

Looking at putting the “new” battery I bought for the 322 into the boot on the 405.

Are there any special precaution that I need to do. Just thinking I’m regards to there being the extra power source, be it a capacitor or a second battery.

I’m assuming that it is important the the +ve lead doesn’t touch the body work when swapping them over.

Looking at it the compressor needs to come off. 2 bolts by the look of it. Is there also some tie down bolts for the battery.?

Cheers There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Had a look and it is indeed in the WM.

Supposed to reset the BCM though. Anyone done the swap without bothering!? There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Did the same on my 322, no probs, there is aparently some gubbins attached to the batter on the 405 tho.

Will give it a go tomorrow. Looks pretty simples. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
