Short term insurance for youngster

I will be going on a 3 day road trip in the UK this week with my 22 year old son. He has been driving for over 4 years and has his own car insured in his name. I would like to have him covered to drive the RR for just one or two days whilst he is with me but LV says their underwriters won't cover anyone under 25. Does anyone know a company that offers short term cover for such a situation?

https://www.confused.com/car-insurance/temporary

and also moneysupermarket offer a comparison service. Alternatively there's a few companies you can contact directly. Just search for temporary car insurance.

That's what I did for our 21 yr old daughter to drive our Mini Cooper S, as the NFU didn't want to know.
