Whumf whumpf noise solved at last

It was the front prop which was done yesterday so now all good but on the way replaced front and rear diffs had the rear prop redressed and all the wheel bearing replaced plus rear subframe bushes (2nd lot) front arms (lost count) new front hub carriers but have to say drives beautifully

I do some myself but have a friend who has a garage so have access to ramps and advice/help took the front prop off and it was well worn when I had the exhaust off to do the rear prop I replaced the gearbox mounting it was ok actually but it was 12 years old and the car is on 192k so it does no harm

To be fair it is easy when the car is old and has lots of miles because you dont get frustrated replacing bits as even if they were not the culprit they are probably all well worn and have given good service
