Jesus wept, 3 days then in needs to go to dealer Big Cry

Don’t think it likes the cold winter Scottish nights, the trick rear spoiler sounds as though the mechanism froze, it auto deploys above a certain speed, loud cracking noise , then warning light, oh ffs. Though I’d get a week in before the truth began to sink in...

At least it has 2 weeks of warranty left Mr. Green Mr. Green shall report back in due course..

Well it spent almost one week at MD, as I did t have a loan car, less pressure for them to get it done I guess. Their initial health check was a real insight to Porsche ownership, most of their clients naturally have deep pockets so they were recommending almost £4 k of remedial work Shocked
Anyway the bill way incredibly reasonable , under £300 , I’ll take that .

Got the alignment done locally as they said it was waY out, might see over 20mpg now. This thing drinks like nothing else, think I’ve spent over £300 on super unleaded I the last 3 weeks. It is now called Oliver Reed..

Next , I need to find an Indy , have a list to go through then I really do need to get the dreadful private plate off , anyone after a cack John plate ? £150 and it’s yours Thumbs Up

Cheers lads, turns out this is the very same car I was looking at last year! I guess at this age not too many folk want the risk!

Signed up for a fuel card yesterday so at least I can save a ball hair on filling up. Rolling with laughter Mr. Green Rolling with laughter

Well , spent around 3 days machine polishing it over the lockdown, very hard paint, results are pretty spectacular.

Have tried rotating the last one, tells me it has saved so what am I doing wrong?

Cheers John. Saving a fortune on fuel just now too, makes the full fat seem like a prius. As it hadn't been run for a while due to the current world events, took it for a run to work, loads of warning lights, like the fatty, very sensitive to battery charge, overnight on the ctek, normal service resumed thankfully.

My next job is the fatty, which should be a lot easier, but as it’s so light a colour, it’s very difficult to see swirls. I even bought a 3m sungun off eBay from a closing down Bodyshop.

Market is starting to get a lot of ‘motivated” sellers. Forums rife with them. Aye cheers Alan, been at Porsche Perth , dreadful service , their health check was incredible, recommend almost £5k of repairs Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter
