Just been to see the next project, full refurbishment, had to sneak the full fat in Whistle

It has already been lived in, and is currently classed as a dwelling.

All I'm doing is a full refurbishment.

Building control also want to put it forward for an award having seen my previous work and he fact that we will be going down the sustainability route with this project. Remember:- amateurs built the ark
