Hello,

I am looking for a new (refurbished) steering rack for my 4.4 TDV8 (2010-2012).
But in most offers the steering are applicable for the 5.0 SC or TDV8 3.6
but the 4.4 TDV8 is not mentioned.

I would suppose they are the same.
Or is the TDV8 4.4 specific and different from the all others 5.0 SC , 3.6 TDV8?

I will the the LR-dealer next Friday (for a smoke-test)
but maybe someone here knows ?

Got a leak dripping on my driveway... Marking Range Rover territory. Have to fill reservoir from time to time. No issues while driving thou.

My garage asked too look out for LR023048 as it is specific for the 4.4 TDV8. So he says...
Brand new ridiculously expensive. And can't miss my RR for several weeks...
So I'm looking for a second hand to get refurbished. Second hand internet dealers are not clear about compatibility. Refurbished ones are scares in Benelux region. Maybe other compatible OE-numbers broaden up the find. Need to be sure of possibilities before ordering.

As far as I'm aware they are the same.
The only difference is the Servotronic valve, but that can be swopped with your original. Paul,
