Indeed, but to me it just looks like another horrid little car. Enjoy it, that's the main thing & enjoy your "free" RFL & Duty?VAT free "fuel" whilst it lasts. 2003 Range Rover Vogue TD6 |

The thing I keep coming back to when trying to convince myself to buy a smaller more fuel efficient car is how much fuel I could have bought with the extra money I needed to buy the thing in the first place. Man maths! Drives:

In April the benefit in kind for an EV is 0 I believe. I'll be logging onto our car salary sacrifice scheme to see how much a Kona EV will be Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

I can’t see EV’s ever being cheap. As soon as enough are being purchased to drive the cost down, the government will have to make up the short fall in duty on petrol and diesel. The only way I can see that happening is if they stick a charge on the purchase price.

Last night on the repeat of Question Time on the BBC there was some discussion which included EVs. A woman in the audience asked what would happen about disposal of the batteries. She was totally ignored.

I have to admit to having a soft spot for the i3, it's just the price that puts me off.

I've not driven an X but imagine the layout and features are very similar to the Model S I drove, fortunately the one I drove was the P100D, very eye opening performance wise, enjoy the i3 . |
