Help - confused by H7 lamps just bought :(

Hi,

I bought some GreenClick H7 LED Car Headlight Bulbs 44W 8000LM LED for my 2009 Westminster - I can't see how to fit them. I only bought them because they were recommended on here. They are the ones with the tails.

Anyone shed any light (no pun intended) or I'll have to send them back for a refund Sad

If required I can supply a picture. Land Rover Addict

This video might be of assistance:

It's a bit slow at the start showing the bulbs in every aspect Sad but if you advance to the actual fitting it should become clear.

Not an RR and 6000 but that doesn't matter. I do agree if you just get them without foreknowledge it isn't all that clear what to do.

Am i right in thinking your lamps just push in on a late model 322 high beam? So, they don't have any spring clips you need to mechanically fix... Just push them in the holes... Thumbs Up

It's a 2009 - the original H7 is on a complicated "fishtail" which you turn to remove. The "locking" bit seems to be part of that and the original H7 plugs directly into it Sad Land Rover Addict

I’ve just had a look at a 2009> facelift lamp and the high beam bulb just pushes into a holder! It’s dead simple...
