If you think that tax breaks/zero road tax & so on will last forever then think again - as soon as HMG sees a noticeable drop in revenue then these benefits will disappear as fast as a money transfer to Nigeria. 2003 Range Rover Vogue TD6 |

Yes you are right, but they can’t takeaway what’s already been given to you< ie the 19 percent , I suspect even when there is a change , then if you are already locked into the additional zero rate charge, that would continue & any new tax increase would be on new purchases . Who knows?

Not forgetting that electricity will go up per kWh & then HMG will apply the same sort of duty & VAT to electricity for road use that they do on fossil fuels.
