Replacing the passenger side window

I recently replaced my driver side window (passenger side to you). The operation seemed fairly straight forward, and the Rave manual was used to align the new window.
Recently after opening the window while it might have been slightly flozen, it came loose from the mechanism. I've had the door card of to check the mounts, and they all seem OK. Tightened acc to manual specs. The glass still doesn't stick to the mounts when lowered.

Any thoughts? Should there be some kind of adhesive in the plastic mounts? Other tricks? 2007 L322 3.6 TDV8 Stornoway

Same as mine only right hand drive. The glass just clamped on to the rail via the two white plastic lugs on the bottom of it. If they have come off the glass, just stickoflex them back in place.

I used araldite to stick mine back on about 5 years ago , the white U channel clips on the bottom of the glass.

Tip , assemble when still wet and non set, raise window up so it seals completely , leave the window to cure to the clips, save any adjustment later !
