Last year I was working in Ellesmere Port and watched a group of lads doing this down the High Street one Saturday afternoon. They were 'swarming' around a Dark Blue BMW until the BMW put its blue lights on and siren! Rolling with laughter

What I like is the fact that the magic roundabout is actually named 'The Magic Roundabout'!!

I find it flippin terrifying Laughing . I think it's the open nature of it - there are cars seemingly going in all directions and it can be hard to tell which ones are coming your way as some are on completely different sections of the roundabout. There's a similar sort of roundabout outside Hemel Hempstead which has a central island which feels much more "normal". 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

I find both of them easy to navigate - in either a car/van or an HGV.

It may be an urban myth but supposedly the guy that designed the Swindon one was involved in the very first accident on it !

However, I just don't like the "two mini roundabouts together" arrangements. 2003 Range Rover Vogue TD6
